I've already posted my thoughts on the Legends shout out I also wanted to comment on the episode itself.
Overall I liked the episode. I liked Weather Witch's return and I liked the new villain. More female characters is A++ and so far all the potential members of the Young Rogue's are women.
But I really missed Barry in this episode. I know the reasons, Grant was still busy filming the crossover, but Barry really is the heart and soul of the show and it's not the same without him.
I also think Weather Witch's eventual turn is happening too fast. Especially since they wanted to compare her and Nora to Snart and Barry. I think the writers forgot that Snart's journey from villain to hero was a long one. He had an entire season on the Flash as a villain. It wasn't until the beginning of Season 2 that we first got signs that he wasn't quite as evil as he originally seemed. Even when he made the move to Legends, the truth of why he was along on the mission was kept a secret from the audience until at least halfway.
Mick's journey to a hero took even longer.
So while I like that they are turning Weather Witch into a hero (I love villain to hero stories), I think they're moving too fast with it.
