FrozenPanther, just in case you want to know you're in the right place (warning, it's a new account so nothing is there for a few more weeks).
First of all, I like any rating, so if you're best at writing G-rated fics, go for it. Smut? Also go for it. Write whatever makes you the most comfortable. When it comes to sex I don't have Top/Bottom preferences.
Some things in general that I like:
Romance/Fluff - I know it doesn't apply to every pairing but for most of them I'd be perfectly okay if it was just a fic of the pairing hanging out together on Valentine's Day, doing romantic things together. Or if not Valentine's Day, just a normal romantic day between them.
Teasing/Banter/Joking - again it I know it doesn't apply to every pairing, but in general I like couples who laugh together. This also includes during sex.
Clothes stealing - I kind of love it when one steals the other's clothing and wears it. A favourite shirt or jacket, etc.
Showers/Baths - it doesn't have to be sexual (although sex is fine too), it can be the couple bathing together, washing each other. This also includes skinning dipping in pools or lakes.
Hurt/Comfort - I'm totally up for one getting hurt or sick and the other having to take care of them. Just don't make any injuries too bad.
Rain/Thunderstorm/Snow fall - I love it when two people just curl up together and watch the weather. There's something peaceful about it. Or if it's snow, also being out playing in it before coming in for hot cocoa.

Mick/Snart - One huge pet-peeve I have is when "Len" is used for Snart. I have zero issues with "Leonard" since he does use that in canon so in the fic can you please avoid any "Lens" and just go with "Leonard" or "Snart" (I don't have a preference between those two names when it comes to fanfics).
The fic can take place either before Snart's death or he's back alive somehow. I do not want a fic that is about Mick missing dead his best friend. If it's a pre-canon fic please make them 18+ if any sex is involved.
One thing I love is how possessive and incredibly devoted they are to each other even if they go through periods where they're fighting. I see them hooking up after successful jobs or while they're locked in prison. Or maybe when Mick's anger gets out of control Snart uses sex to calm him down. Or maybe a fic where they reconnect after x months of not seeing each other due to their last fight. Or something where Snart is mentally/emotionally having trouble dealing with the fact that he's back alive and Mick is there for them.
Leo/Ray T - I'm basically up for anything that is cute, fluffy or sexy (or all of the above). It can be a get-together fic where they admit their feelings for each other, something that deals with their engagement, wedding or honeymoon. Maybe they want to go on vacation somewhere on Earth-1 or visit Ray's family/friends on Earth-1. Or it can just be about them having a lazy morning together at home.
No deaths and any angst must have a happy ending. I'm okay with miscommunications/misunderstandings if it's early in their relationship but not by the time we meet them in canon or afterwards.
Charlie/Zari - I think it would be cute if somehow Charlie got her powers back and as "punishment" (for being turned into a cat) Zari makes her turn into a cat girl. Can involve sex or not.
I'd also love something where they come to terms with their feelings for each other. For Charlie I can see her teasing Zari and realizing that she likes her. With Zari I see something happening where she realizes that the annoying (hot) pest isn't as bad as she first thought.
I'm also okay with reference to Zari having feelings for Amaya since we do know that she thinks Amaya is hot.
Nora/Ray P - I'd love a fic where Ray's worried that their relationship is going to turn sour since his last relationships never worked out. In order to "woo" Nora he reads Rebecca Silver novels for erotica advice since he knows Nora reads that author (it's canon, that's the author of the book Mona gives Nora). What Ray doesn't realize at first is "Rebecca Silver" is Mick, but it all works out in the end since Nora finds Ray's attempts weird but sweet.
Or anything where Ray's a dork and Nora loves him anyway.
Prison Break
Michael/Lincoln, Michael/Lincoln/Sara, Michael & Lincoln, Michael & Lincoln & Sara
Michael's my favourite character on the show and I really just want something that deals with Linc or Sara since they're the two most important people in his life for the majority of the show. It can take place at any point during the show since I love the entire thing, but I'd like to avoid the part in Season 4 where Michael is sick, I want him psychically healthy.
Mentally/emotionally I'm totally fine if Michael's hurting, especially if it takes place around/after Season 5 (but I think there are moments it could work at other parts of the story like when he thinks Sara has died, etc). I think it would be interesting to see how Michael gets back into a "normal life" after 7 years and how the trauma he's been through has affected him. But I'm also okay with basically anything that takes place at any point during the show.
If you include sex, regardless of the pairing I would like it to focus on Michael's needs and wants, especially if it's done to emotionally heal him.
If you go with Michael/Lincoln, I'm okay with pre-canon fics but please make them over 18 years old. Michael & Lincoln however can be at any age if you want to write them as children making a promise to always protect and be there for each other.
Marvel (Comics)
Rictor/Shatterstar
I don't want any mentions of a breakup. I want them cute and happy together, like when Shatterstar was making breakfast naked for Rictor, I want more of that where they're just being domestic together away from the saving the world business.
I wouldn't mind a fic that explored more of Shatterstar as a landlord and Rictor as club owner as long as they're still together because I fully expect them to be together again at the end of Shatterstar's mini. So something where they're trying to find time for each other with their jobs getting in the way would be interesting. But I'm also okay with a domestic bliss fic.
Marvel Netflix
Colleen/Misty - I'd love something where maybe they get drunk and end up admitting their feelings for each other which leads to kisses (or sex, whatever you're comfortable with). Or a fic where their relationship is already established and they're doing something like moving in together or spending Valentine's day together. Or even fighting bad guys and going home afterwards.
No Danny bashing because I don't think Colleen would blame him for leaving, she would understand why he had to leave. I want her okay with his decision and is ready to move on with a relationship with Misty.
Walker/Joy - This is one of those pairings I don't see as cute or sweet, but more dub-con to outright hate. I see them going for some hate sex or "naughty" kinks (one ties up the other for some punishment). Or maybe something where Joy tries to find out something more of the third personality and Walker is reluctant to share.
I'd also be okay with a fic where Joy starts to have feelings for the Mary persona because she's cute and sweet where Walker is not and maybe Walker gets pissed off over it.
DC (Comics)
Apollo/Midnighter - I loved the part from their mini when they're just being really domestic with each other, having friends over and then later moving in together, I'd like to see more of that.
I'd also love it if they got home after a mission, covered in blood (not their own) and just hopped into the shower together to wash it off with a lot of kisses shared between them (or more if you're up to it).
