A Couple of Interesting Things on the Flash
I haven't actually watched this week's episode yet but I did see some scenes I feel the need to comment on and don't want to wait until Thursday.
The first being is Barry read Mick's book and admitted it was good. I love how everyone gets into his writing. Zari, Ava, Nora, Mona and now Barry. They all love it! I hope we haven't seen the last of Mick's career as an author. I want more jokes when Legends returns in April.
The second is the Snart shout out. I both love and hate moments like that. Love them because I love that they make sure that Snart isn't forgotten about. I actually can't think of a character who has gotten as many mentions as Snart since their death, except for Laurel and that's a special situation because Sara spent an entire season grieving over her, plus there's another Laurel hanging around to keep that reminder going. But characters like Eddie and HR never get mentioned anymore. Stein rarely has been brought up since his death. Rip also has only rarely been brought up.
On the flip side I hate those mentions because it always makes me hope that it's building towards Snart's eventual return. Which doesn't seem like it'll be happening anytime this season.
I do think he'll return one day (at least as long as Dominic Purcell remains on the show and he recently said he had 3 years left). It's just a matter of waiting it out and making sure LoT lasts long enough for it to happen. But I want it to happen now.
